It suits their own agenda to ignore our opinion and justify their investment I guess, my carpenter installs my windows, I imagine yours does too, I’ve done it myself a few times when they turned up late, not sure who is installing windows on a HX build because my Chippie won’t, zero tolerance, have to coach screw into block work, turns into a commercial job, who’s paying for that?
