1&2- It’s subjective and strategic to make such a claim, very clever too, can it build at the rate of 35 people? Purely laying bricks 35 people will lay 14,000 bricks @ 400 each per day, that’s literally 2 houses. No, you cannot have 35 brickies on one job though.
3- The HX has built in conditions that simulate an outdoor factory, big open areas, it also needed a lot of human intervention.
