Do you want to add to this ? Why was HX on the other block ? Did you notice security there , lots of people viewing , TV crews etc ect . So from your perspective of being on site , could HX under normal conditions have parked on the verge and built the structure?
Have a look at the building site again , where HX is positioned , would you say that it’s roughly the distance where it would be if it was parked on the verge ? The concrete pump trucks that did their first concrete pour , had people viewing and taking pics from everywhere, Now who gives a hoot when they see one drive to site , same will apply to HX . You were on site and you could judge the distance ? I actually paced the distance between the truck and front wall , your dribbling like the rest of them . The truck is roughly 6.5 m to 7.5 m in length roughly the distance from front wall facing HX to the side of the truck , go outside and pace the front of your home to the verge , that is is you live in the suburbs .
