One street at a time? So you need a deal done where the builder and developer allow that to happen, people pick a block and have their house built with whoever they choose, you’d need to have exclusive access, the 500 blocks is what makes it viable.
I wonder why a conglomerate Mexican builder would want a demo? Surely not to keep or push labour rates low? Safety? In Mexico? Hmmmmm.
