I think the more shares you have, the more voting power you have, so most of us effectively have no real say. It's the massive holders who determine the outcome. Didn't Hokey say he doesn't waste his time trying to sway decisions. At most, you could make the numbers reflect a level of disapproval. The HX is Mark's baby and he's spent years developing it. I think he might have had a few lean years earlier on. You could argue that he deserves to get rich before the rest of us... so long as we get there too. At least he can lie awake at night worrying about the next build instead of being distracted by worries about how to put food on the table. But, yes, reward has to start being tied to shareholder return. Still waiting for my 1 cent dividend, which I could live on.
