I agree with you. They are the rite people to see it flourish but they need someone that has the ability to negotiate and advance partnerships with builders. Leave the pivacs in charge of the machine development but get someone experienced enough to negotiate the commercial aspects of waas.

the pivacs are greedy as shit but they have the support of a supermajority of shareholders going by the recent vote into the remuneration package. The pivacs by themselves don’t have a high enough majority shareholding between the two of them to have the vote passed on a clearly out of kilter remuneration package. Just my opinion. That said, I don’t think any other duo, other the pivacs, could have gotten the hx to where it is today. It’s a double edged sword or a tough pill to swallow either way.

you have said it before, the next 12 months will be super critical to show us all where fbr are heading. Fbr have no more excuses now that you have a working machine. Commercialise the shit out of it and let’s pull the finger out.

I don’t think the pivacs will ever be open and transparent. They have showed it time and time again. I feel like it’s kinda part of their culture from past experience. I don’t expect that to change fir a very long time. I actually kinda feel like we will at some point have issues with asic having to step in because of the lack of shareholder disclosure. Let’s hope it never happens but I have a gut feeling it will at some point. Look at all the things they have kept secret from shareholders already. It’s pretty shameful. I would almost support new management if we could be guaranteed openness and transparency.

in any case, this is not investment advice. Do your own research, etc etc...
