As far as I know... Dale Alcock sold his shares to angel investors like me and has not bought back in ... also he has had very little to do with FBR since being named as a technical advisor back in 2016/17.
He owns a roofing company ... ABN Roofing which fits all of his building companies tin roofs so I wouldn't count him out of a JV with FBR on a WA WaaS company... but unless he is keeping it very close to his chest ... I doubt we'll see anything other than more childcare centres walls going up ...
... before you ask why was his name not on announcement... it was built through Dale Alcock Projects which is a commercial building company doing the sort of builds that Pindan used to do ... so he wouldn't want to piss off his brickie teams for his 7 residential building companies who build on average over 3000 houses per year (Perth only) not when his customers are waiting 3 months between slab and brickie arriving on site
