I agree with this for present status but its minor hands on involvement that will improve. Was worded wrong.

Low social economic areas will greatly benefit from technology like hx. They don't have the skill set to meet demand of housing. Hx aligned with other tech finally gives them a chance.

Appreciate the reply greatly but nothing stands out as a concern for me. This doesn't demonstrate Mike being out of touch with the industry but rather a visionary.

I've worked with Australian, American, European and Chinese well recognised companies. I have seen them all succumb to innovative and improved technologies. I think builders have been left behind but will soon follow as solutions become available.
