Crosslands Resources Ltd formerly Iron Jack Limited, Winterfall Ltd, Winterfall Pty Ltd. Grimaldi and Barnes assisted Winterfall in the funding to secure the Jack Hills and Weld Range tenements (via CHM cash and share placements). I was under the impression that they received shares in Winterfall for their 'services' prior to it being 'bought' by MMX.
I was incorrect in suggesting the Winterfall/Crosslands was Grimaldi's company
