Note: There is no attached option for MXRR. There is a bonus issue of MXROA (30c strike, Expiry 31 Dec 2008) for all shareholders of MXR, irrespective of whether the MXRs came from the rights issues acceptance or whether you buy them on-market. -----------------------------------------------------
Anyone buying MXR now will not be entightled to the bonus issue 1:5 MXROA option after the books closed 1st of August. The MXROA option issue is for holders before the 1st August who accept the offer upto the 20th by purchasing their 1:5 entightlement of MXR.
Thats how i am reading it.
