what is next after the quarterly cash flow

I think you will find that the ASX will be asking questions in relation to future cash flow before the end of next quarter (31/3/2014) with cash reserves @ $1.8m as at 31st December 2013 and a cash burn of $1.4m per quarter. The ASX will not allow the company to go that close to the negative before putting the company into a trading halt and I am sure Invion would be aware of the situation. It is now the beginning of February so time is running out quickly for an announcement for any type of CR.

My predications are as follows:

i) With the possible completion of the first cohort in the Lupus trial (8 patients) positive preliminary data will be achieved - remember delivery of the INV103 is via IV and the spectacular results achieved in the early RA trials via IV (back in 2005/6) and the very promising animal (mouse) trials via IV with Lupus in 2011)

ii) With the positive preliminary data received Dr Collier and Dr Glass may have had very positive talks with some of the major Pharms during their attendance of the conference at San Francisco plus possible other meetings after the conference.

iii)An announcement of a deal with INV103 with a major pharma although not with a significant large upfront payment however long term could be very beneficial to all current shareholders. The deal could include encouraging mile stone payments with strong double digit royalty payments (remember that the Lupus Market is reasonably small (estimated to be $4b later this decade) compared to the current RA ($15B +) and COPD markets ( $25b+ Markets)
iv) The preliminary results from the current Smoking Cessation trial will be very positive and be a ‘game changer” to the COPD market. – (sometime in the 2nd/3rd quarter of this year)
v) By the end of the second quarter of this year price of Invion shares of be at least $.50c +++
