From what I can calculate. They have spent 310 Billion so far. They are spending 80billion this month of the 600 billion set aside. 97 billion all up. That leaves 210 billion for the last 2 months. They'll have to get busy in May and June.

So the resources rally still has capital for another 3 months to keep going :)
