RBS put 8.5c as a short-term target based on their current valuation of PYC but this is expected to be exceeded on announcement of any further developments.
You can't expect RBS to give it a higher value at this point considering they managed the 5.9c placement last month - but new agreements reached or developments on current projects obviously puts them in a position to adjust their valuation & distance it from the recent placement.
