I really think this may be in train right now, a modest low cost mining operation initiated by Conquest. Opposed to waiting it out for GF to take them over and build an elephant sized operation, ultimately taking over the entire show.
GF will not be pleased, it probably means they will have to declare themselves at a time of Conquests choosing.
