That is how I read it as well.

That is why on another thread I implied that it was a well negotiated JV agreement for CQT. It took about 6 months back then to negotiate with GFA. They certainly wanted a much easier and cheaper path to the spoils of the land, but JT stood firm, knowing that they had a good idea that the potential was massive.

The fact that a big company succumbed to this agreement speaks wonders of how valuable they thought this area may be.

The end of this month will get interesting to see how it plays out.
