    It's really an amazing company when you think about downside potential - they have no debt, have $500k net cash ($1.3m in the bank + current receivables less total liabilities of 787k as per annual report), their royalties on Puffin are supposedly worth $15m in today's dollars (on some fairly conservative estimates). Plus all the other projects. You get all this for $17m.
