Absolutely agree with your point. Unrestrained low cost debt is making yield plays and "assets" attractive. Buying stocks with 3-5% yields is very attarctive when the cost of borrowing is 1-2%. Makes you wonder if we aren't seeing another debt fueled bubble.
How and when the central banks wean the markets off this low cost liquidity, will be the interesting part. In the meantime good businesses with durable earnings continue to be chased.
