For example..."an aboriginal problem in the west" is racist.
The same problem - one of over drinking, fighting, domestic violence etc - also exists in the west and it is perpetrated by teenagers and adults who are not aborigines.
Why not say it is a Male problem in the west?
Because it also includes women.
In the Australia, the majority ruling colour tends to have worked out how to not be sexist, but they are yet to work out how to not be racist.
Its the same issue, different subject matter.
I think that both aborigines, whites, greeks, asians etc all do the same stuff with alcohol, violence and abuse in the West of Australia (for that matter, lets not be latitudinalists!! It also happens everywhere else), but we don't hear that much about any body of people other than the Aborigines, which i think is racist.
I am shocked that Racism is tolerated on HC to be honest and that it is not identified makes me stare at the wall dumbfoundedly.
