What is really going on?

Is it the plan to separate out the Magnesium from the Hornblende at Harts, or the Alumina?

From my research, AMH - Alumino Magneso Hornblende, is practically worthless, and it is by far the largest component at Harts.

Hornblende rock is common apparently, and used only for decoration or masonry (sometimes).

    Quote from Slide 9
"Because it's not very common to find good crystals in Hornblende, it has almost no commercial value".

Why then would BMG list it so prominently as 25% of the Hart's range minerals component, with Garnet only 7%.
So what are they planning to do with the Hornblende?
I expect the plan is to have a magnetic separation plant to extract the Garnet, Alumina and Magnesium.

Somebody must be seeing something that nobody else does in this deposit, it's got me beat. In the current climate, why would anyone buy this, except as a $45,000 dollar excuse to consolidate the share structure. They needed some pretense to do this I suppose.

So it must all be about the Garnet.

    Garnet mines.

Why would you go out to the centre of Australia and spend money on developing a new garnet mine, when GMA have been producing Garnet for 30 years near the port of Geraldton.
If you want to be in the Garnet business, why not simply merge with GMA, or allow a reverse takeover.

Nothing about the thinking behind the decisions made by this company makes sense. Something else must be going on.

Is it being used as a tax loss vehicle?
Is BMG the tax loss arm of Transcontinental Group?
And the timing of a company going into administration is important for tax purposes.

We must do more research on this ASX listing.

And anyway, these guys are behind the 8 ball, right from the start.
I mean, how many Garnet mines does Australia and the world need.
In 2013, Australian Garnet Pty Ltd, received their environmental approval for works at the Balline Garnet mine, a new project.

Please read the Western Australian government environmental assessment report of the Balline Garnet mine.
It will produce various grades of industrial Garnet to be exported through the port of Geraldton with a mine life of 30 to 35 years.
A wet gravity separation plant will beneficiate both Garnet and Heavy Mineral concentrate.
Heavy Mineral recovery will be 90%, Garnet recovery 80%.
The stockpiled garnet from the wet plant will be further processed on site by a dry plant.
There will also be magnetic separation and screening.

In February 2014 Altura Mining got $4.5 million for the sale of a non core asset, the Balline Garnet mine.

Look, please go and do some more research, there is lots of it out there.

And there are reasons why Garnet has not been mined from Harts, and probably never will be, unless Garnet becomes as valuable as gold. Why transport it from the centre of Australia when another new Garnet mine will be producing next year from within a stone's throw of the Geraldton port?

    This company defies all logic?

Somebody please tell me who is going to buy millions of consolidated shares at 1 cent? I would like to meet and talk with them.
