They will drill when the risk is minimised. IMHO. South Sumatra is volcanic so I suspect that Mr Bull and Mr Rusdiyanto (?spelling) would be very particular where they drill seeing they have seismics which they did not have before.
I don't blame anyone for being peeved at lack of communication BUT take faith in the guys on the ground.
