    "....Christianity is the true religion because it teaches that God made the world and he made it in a rational way. Consequently Man could study the world and make observations and know they were true...."

    This is at least consistent with the natural world. However you have conceived of a god who is not required for the day to day running of the universe. This god may have "left the building" for all we know.This is a deistic god, - not what Christianity teaches.

    Christianity teaches clearly irrational (or at least unlikely natural) acts occurred IE bodily resurrection of Christ, virgin birth, walking on water etc.
    Also the creation story if taken literally (many people do) adam out of clay, etc etc would not fit into our current understanding of a "rational" world
