When SGR first listed it had Freehold land, Buildings and Leasehold Improvements in their accounts with a cost base of over $1,500M:
Since then, SGR has spent over $1,663 M on additions to buildings and invested a further $900M in associates.
Does anyone know what the market value of SGR properties are?
