one gets the impression they've all dug a hole of some kind or another - the fodder not happy over that way too. No more so than CCC with MASHALA/VAN MAG by the looks.

So, the reason for the date? It is what the Mashala vendors agreed to. And it's an extension btw re ann. Hence, VAN MAG is playing a pivotal role regarding CCC's solvency and to settle Mashala. But dare say relevant in negotiations if assets are TO GO as well.

Which brings to mind what are the penalties if Mashala is not settled at the end of the month? There’s been no actual commentary on this that I can recall.
