A MRE release strategy could involve giving the market time to consider the significance of the announcement before the market trades again. If they release this just after the close of the market today, the market does not open again until Tuesday.
The advantage of this would be that it would give people time to see the value. If it is released during trading, and nothing happens to the share price because the significance is not understood, then when would the share price start to rise? If, however, the significance is understood and people are committed to being part of this, Tuesday morning could be huge?
