    If you thinking selling your rights there is Option 3 & 4.
    Option 3: Advantage: you control when you sell so know exactly how much you get. Disadvantage: brokerage will be charged for sale.
    Option 4: Advantage: No brokerage on sale. Disadvantage: Amount you get will be in lap of the gods.

    IMHO Option 3 is less risky but DYOR
