As I understand, you have right to buy new SYD security at the price of 4.56 dollars per security. With every 5.15 of your existing security, you can buy 1 new security. The amount of SYDR security in your potfolio is your entitlment. They already sent the registration from to all securityholders on August 18 to as mentioned in their announcement.
