    My personal view, it would appear with this stock that every time there has been a positive announcement it has been priced in by the market a day or 2 before.

    My personal view, the market will settle around 18.5 cents today or tomorrow, with a positive waylering announcement Friday or Monday. Little or no price movement after the announcement.

    Lets see.....
