It feels like a last resort play to get weak hands to sell before we go into production or gas flares in Mongolia.
While STX have plenty of cash they also have plenty of ambitious projects costing a lot and cant put them all on hold and wouldn't want to sabotage their SP much because they are also prey.

I would think we all should be happy for management not responding and at least 25c is a starting point plus some publicity.

One of the risks of a junior in a JV and glad we have other projects with other companies who cant afford these tactics.

Condor licenses would be nice now and a juicy JV partner handing over a decent amount of cash.
