One thing that will help me sleep tonight is we have Greg Columbus on board. Plenty of M&A experience from his Warrego days so I’m sure he will have a few tricks up his sleeve.
the other is that the STX insiders who purchased on market Thursday after knowing a takeover bid was provided didn’t get the result they wanted today.
hopefully this is the first of a number of takeover talks. We all know what can happen when more than one party makes a TO offer. Fingers crossed
