This brochure is old but gives a few plans of infrastructure upgrades for the mine site and local area. No idea what has been completed but cant help think these guys who are currently working with TMK would want to be involved in ensuring up power supply in Mongolia.
If all goes well with pilot well and early generation I feel our 33% would be in the eyesight while TMK 67% PetroChina.
Both companies are involved in JV this size and each country gets a benefit and controls an interest.
The value surely increases dramatically if your one of the end users.
