The hearing wasn't delayed... it was on Monday, and part 2 was on this morning. Going by my conversation with the assistant at court, a date may have been set today, for a decision. He said he was not sure. I do not know anyone in the company, nor am I associated with the company. I rang the court on my own free will. The information I know, is only what I've read. I would like to read the minutes of the hearings though... Hopefully, an update to what was said, the other day and today, will be available some time. The assistant said, they are aware of the need to finish this asap and that shareholders are keenly waiting for an outcome...
