    Maybe Big Al is making a pitch for the top job.......

    As long as it doesn't descend into civil war, I'm happy for the locals to battle it out in peace and focus on the fight in the bottom of the playground.

    We need another 1.5yrs of stability with no new hotel guests so we can finalise upgrades to the hotel....
