    I have been involved in an ASIC submission,
    and the investigation took ages,and got us
    nowhere. Be ready to be disappointed. Unfortunately the optimistic news for TGS
    does not reconcile with our financial return.
    I am giving 7 months more before throwing in
    towel if 45c can't be breached.
