The top data center operators are selected from a pool of more than 4,900 service providers listed on Cloudscene. A combined score using density (number of facilities) and connectivity (number of PoPs) is used to determine the ranking.
The results for Q1, 2017 are as follows:

So you could say (depending on Cloudscenes assumptions) NXT is 7.6 times the company that Metronode is, giving a sale value of maybe $7.6bn plus, versus market valuation $1.7bn. Hmmmm?
