The Institute of Director’s have been BSing that buybacks are the most efficient way to return of capital to all shareholders;
only to the T20 and the remuneration package.
The majority of shareholders are unknowingly, due to the action of the board, foregoing their portion of entitlement from the disinvestment
to large shareholders and the T20.
The board have basically taken on, as being ur unauthorised tax advisor who believe they know what is best for u from a tax position.
