Expand to BlingSter how all shareholder’s benefit from a buyback compared to actually receiving a tangible distribution.
Don’t forget to mention it could work or become fruitless!
So far until recently, the only beneficiary has been the CEO with artificial increasing the EPS.
The board has the authority to reward the CEO on this suspect stats.
It has happened before taking care of there mates.
