I think I mentioned Jeffries as the broker in a previous post.
Anyone can sell to the broker to minimise tax and avoid paying higher tax if it was distribution!
That amounts to the board catering for large holders and being derelict in their duties in a fair distribution to the majority of shareholders.
There should be no compulsion to dispose of one’s shares to get a share of the divestment pie!
