Thus the shareprice should go up which is the reason you buy in the first place!
That sounds like theoretical concept that may not eventuate… it amount to taking a gamble.
There is nothing theoretical in receiving a dividend.or capital return distribution and it allows the shareholder to control
their own finance.
Theoretically an increase in dividends could also push the share price higher, as many shareholders chase dividends.
Thus the shareprice should go up which is the reason you buy in...
