Hi Tokyo ....

Founding "owners" of Looksmart (Evan Thornley & Tracy Ellery) have been selling down their holdings for some time now. Both seemed to have lost interest or, it's fair ti say, have certainly been "left out" of "the loop" in relation to any latest initiatives. They have no control whatsoever, of the Co, now. They'd be getting their "info" now, from HC, S/S or, OZE -Stocks ... LOL !!

Evan Thornley is persuing a future in Politics. He has "pre-selection" in the labor party for a seat in the Victorian parliament. I suspect his "sell down" is centered around financing this very interest, or, passion. Good luck to him.

Evan Thornley (as @ 23/12/2005) held just 980,463 shares. Tracey Ellery, 1,296,921 although she has announced, she is selling more. Both sales are insignificant in terms of the "big" picture, is my opinion.
