Agreed king there are still many possible outcomes it is hard to say which would be better.
Interesting times for both indeed, whatever is happening behind the scenes one can only speculate.
If ESG go scrip for OIP then positive would be vastly increased acreage and therefore potential but some dilution for ESG holders? when considering the amount of shares out..
However.. they already hold that to a certain extent in terms of CSG through farm in to OIP..
What i would really like to know is where does ESG stand as a shareholder in OIP..what % of shares in OIP do they own if any??
If they do then they have $$$ interest in a third party takeover of OIP..
Mabye Hardmano could shed some light on that
