Humpy,
From the moment the company began, it was always going to take something like $100m-$200m to get the IDEA to the MARKET. The original sponsor/inventor of the company always told stakeholders that "revenue/sales were just around the next corner". If you believed that, then don't blame TOD or the current management.
In 2000 MST was $3.65. When Lee was appointed CEO the share price was $0.15. That means 96% of the loss since 2000 was under someone else's watch. Don't blame the current management for that. And the Chairman is not the management. And don't forget that MOD was selling the company down in the period after he was gone. I think MOD has to accept some of the responsibility for the price being where it is today. Since he left the company, when he had 26% of the shares, he aggressively sold down, depressing the price and meaning the rest of us shareholders were going to be more diluted as the company needed more investment at the time he left the company and as he was knocking the price on the head. He sold all the way down to $0.018. Many might draw the conclusion that he was responsible for the decline from $3.65 to $0.018, not that I am blaming him.
The current management and board have never done anything like that.
