Say, after 14 June and before 22 June. someone make an offer to buy all the PXUPA at say $30 each.
Essentially, this would mean they take over the majority of the company for less than $70 mil.
Cheaper than making a take over bid after conversion is done.
Most of the large fund bought PXUPA at less than $20, so i think they'll be too happy to take up the $30 offer.
