What if the Chinese don't trust their own steel ?

Let's imagine something happens in China, and the Chinese stop trusting the quality of their own steel.

Similar to the melamine found in milk a few years ago, and they ended up buying lots of Australian milk, and still do.

The recent collapse of a "Flyover" in India, and one of the causes was poor quality construction materials.

There will then be a massive and sudden increase in demand for high quality Australian structural steel, eg Whyalla. Therefore best to keep Whyalla operational til the rainy day comes...

My sentiment is "Hold" cos there is no other choice practically atm.
