St George Bank on page 45 of their Investment & Business Bank presentation / announcement give special mention to "CENTRO". They distinguish their $458 mil exposure is not to the "group holding company" ie the one you guys have shares in, but is spread over 5 legal entities each of which being a bankruptcy remote trust. Fully secured with LVRs all below 70%.
Is there some hierachial map which shows how all these entities relate?
If St George is smug about its $458mil then I would not be so smug about what a centro share represents.
