i dont understand what is going on.can anyone help. previously pyc advised that 'the agreement' with roche provided for - $435k for option fee AND a pre negotiated 8 figure option exercise deal.todays announcement does not refer to any such payment[s].what is the status of 'the agreement' with roche. is there a new agreement with roche in addition to or in substition of 'the agreement'.
