My guess is that Solagran may issue special three year shares or options to the scientists to replace the shares they lost to Opes Prime on the conditon they remain with the company for three years. I think Solagran will continue to fund the legal fight to force ANZ to buy back the Opes shares on market. If Solagran succeed I think they will then take these shares from ANZ and cancel them from the registry and therefore nullifying the dilutionary effect of the scientists new shares.
If Solagran win, the effect of ANZ buying 40% of the company on market will push the share price sky high especially if good news abounds at the time.
If they are not successful then the company has spent up big on legal fees and we are all diluted.
Maybe this is one of the reasons they wanted to issue the 9m shares on 30/6 to cover liabilities to free up cash for the legal fight?
Time will tell. We should hear all when Vagif returns next week.
