Seeing that you are already a shareholder you already know that Chairman Tomlinson has done a runner, Hendy the CEO and founder resigned and is seeling his shares at $1.70 like there is no tomorrow, the hedging debacle of last year etc ...
My reading of the situation. Too much smoke and mirrors. A good business in toys lost in hare-brained expansion into apparel confectionary and the like . A company which set-out to become a consolidator in its industry and found out that they were not up to it . Cr*p management.
