I would value any input on the downside of this takeover. (Lets play Devils Adcovate for a short while) Whilst I'm very bullish on agm I am new to being involved in a hostile takeover. What are the risks & what can go wrong for shareholders and the SP in this process? (realistically) What is likley to happen from here? Also, what are common timetables we can expect? Views from posters who have been through this process would be appreciated. I believe that the upside is excellent with minimal downside possibilities especially when we get our long awaited resource upgrade. Throw in your 2c worth as we could all benifit with a little enlightenment from some more experienced traders. Andy
