I do not expect directors to accept a low-ball bid as they have a lot of skin in the game.
A bid isn't likely any time soon as they do not have enough evidence that Axiron really is going to be a blockbuster drug.
Th ereason they emptied thir bank account with the 60c div was to make sure Eli Lilly didn't get to pay 10-20% of the takeove cost with OUR cash.
I suspect that the product pipeline news flow will accelerate as the year progresses......
