99plonko the answer may have been hinted in the last presentation where they suggested 2013 as a possible time of commissioning production. I do agree with you with the world economy and markets so shaky it would be good to have the cash rolling in as soon as possible. The only thing holding them back right now is they expect this to get much bigger and apparently it gets messy putting in an application now and then trying to change it for a bigger pit/plant in 2-5 months time. That means there is no reason to apply right now because we would be waiting till after the end of the wet season any way before starting site works. There seems a good chance they will make the applications before the wet when they have a better idea on the size of the initial pit. That does not delay anything.
